We don't care for the acres and acres of countryside wrapped in Clingfilm, it doesn't make this area of Spain very appealing :-/ although the sunset on the backdrop of the mountains goes someway to make up for it.
After a stressful drive through Almeria city centre (think we must've seen the worst it had to offer) we eventually found a great spot to stay the night at a marina in Roquetas de Mar, in The Gulf of Almeria, free of charge of course! I think we are going to take it easy for a couple of days in this area, before possibly making the big leap to The Algarve. We are just kicking ideas around at the mo' though, watch this space........
